How long will my pickles keep?

Farm Shark Pickles will keep unopened on your pantry shelf for years (though we suggest cracking ‘em open within year of being processed). They will store opened in the fridge for at least three months.

Do you ship?

Shipping glass jars is expensive, but we are happy to do it if you pay shipping! If you are in New Mexico, we welcome you to stop by our farm in Atrisco (Albuquerque South Valley).

How long have you been farming?

Carlos has been farming since he was three, when his mom Cecilia first started Cecilia’s Organics.

Zoey began farming in 2016, and is lucky to have Carlos and Cecilia as mentors!

Do you make sweet pickles?

Nope.

can i volunteer on the farm?

Contact us if interested in volunteering (farmsharkllc@gmail.com). We can use volunteers certain times of the year when we have large tasks to do like harvesting garlic or shucking blue corn.

Are you certified organic?

We do not currently have organic certification. We use sustainable and organic practices; rotational grazing, cover cropping, no pesticides or herbicides and a mix of flood and drip irrigation on our fields.
